Join YAX Team Now! We are seeking a motivated, adaptable individual to join our dynamic MDL-BEAST / SOUNDSTORM team. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent English communication, and a presentable, professional appearance. You will support event operations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure a high-quality experience across productions.
Key responsibilities
Provide clear verbal and written communication in English during planning, briefings and on-site operations.
Coordinate with colleagues to execute event tasks, ensuring schedules and safety standards are followed.
Act as a professional front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house representative when interacting with talent, suppliers and attendees.
Support documentation and reporting duties, including incident logs, shift handovers and feedback summaries.
Respond promptly to communications and escalate issues to supervisors as required.
Contribute positively to the team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of personal presentation.
Skills and experience
Proven experience in live events, production support, hospitality or operations is preferred.
Strong command of English (spoken and written) sufficient for clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present information concisely and professionally.
Comfortable using common collaboration tools and event management systems; quick to learn new platforms.
Well‑organised, attentive to detail and able to manage competing priorities under time pressure.
Required traits
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for client‑facing roles; adherence to dress and grooming standards.
Reliable, punctual and presentable at all times while on duty.
Desirable attributes
Experience working at large-scale festivals or concerts, with an understanding of event safety and crowd management.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules demand.
