We are looking for energetic and sales-driven Promoters to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and promoting products and services to achieve sales targets.

Job Details

• Duration: 3–6 months

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Employment Type: Contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position

• Salary: TBC

• Location: Riyadh, Jeddah & Eastern Province

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell products and services to potential customers.

• Approach customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.

• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and special offers to encourage purchases.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into buyers.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Track daily sales, customer interactions, and performance against targets.

• Support sales campaigns, promotions, activations, and marketing events.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on prices and promotions.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, promotions, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• A sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

• Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

• Ability to approach customers and build positive relationships.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections.

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public events.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• English proficiency is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia is required.
