YAX is looking for an experienced Community & Entertainment Manager to lead entertainment integration, deliver multi-week programming, and develop inclusive community and festival experiences for large-scale live events in Riyadh. This role will coordinate closely with internal teams, partners, and local stakeholders, and will personally shape key programming for main-stage or common-area audiences across at least two live event seasons.

Responsibilities

• Own entertainment integration for community and festival programming, ensuring it supports event objectives and audience needs.

• Develop and manage multi-week programming calendars, including content rotations and transitions for main-stage or common-area delivery.

• Personally produce and oversee programming components for live events, ensuring consistent quality across at least two live event seasons.

• Coordinate community events and on-site experiences from planning through delivery, aligning activities with production schedules and operational requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, local organizations, venues, suppliers, performers, hosts, and other partners.

• Work with event, marketing, operations, and production teams to align programming, schedules, resources, and delivery requirements.

• Manage program briefs, schedules, budgets, agreements, and operational plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all community and entertainment activities are inclusive, accessible, and appropriate for the intended audiences.

• Monitor delivery, resolve issues on-site, and coordinate timely follow-up with relevant teams and partners.

• Gather audience and stakeholder feedback, evaluate program outcomes, and recommend improvements for future seasons.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress updates for community and entertainment activities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in community engagement, entertainment programming, event management, or a related field, including entertainment integration for large-scale live events.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating live event seasons, including at least two live event seasons.

• Proven ability to create and manage multi-week programming calendars, content rotations, and venue/main-area delivery plans.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, including schedule management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience coordinating vendors, performers, partners, and other external contributors, including event-day requirements and logistics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to changing event requirements.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering positive audience experiences.

• Professional English is required; Japanese and Arabic are preferred.

• Professional conduct when representing the company and engaging with community partners.
