Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant purchasing experience, including events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or project-based production.

• At least 3 years managing purchasing activities or a procurement team.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi supplier market and a proven network of event, fabrication and technical service providers.

• Ability to interpret BOQs and material specifications, and compare supplier offers accurately.

• Strong negotiation, cost analysis and contract coordination skills, with proficiency in Excel and purchasing or ERP systems.

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

• Ability to manage several urgent project requirements at once.
