Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical Production, Event Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience delivering live events, exhibitions, brand activations and complex temporary builds.

• At least 5 years in a senior production or operations leadership role, managing teams and multiple projects at the same time.

• Proven Saudi Arabia project experience and strong knowledge of local suppliers, venues and approval processes.

• Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials, staging, audiovisual systems, logistics and onsite execution.

• Ability to manage budgets, BOQs, resource plans, safety risks and tight deadlines.

• Ability to read technical and CAD drawings, with proficiency in Excel and project scheduling tools.

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, decisive leadership and calm problem solving under pressure.
