YAX is looking for an organized and motivated Human Resources professional to join a specific project for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases.

• Assist with onboarding, employment contracts, and new employee orientation.

• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and employee-related requests.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.

• Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and templates.

• Coordinate with project management to address staffing and workforce requirements.

• Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi nationals only.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Good command of Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
