We are looking for energetic and well-organized Team Assistants to join us in Riyadh. Each Team Assistant will be responsible for one team, guiding them and supporting them throughout their journey from arrival to departure.

Job Details

• Duration: 3 December – 24 December 2026

• Shifts: Morning shift 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Evening shift 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Employment Type: Short-term contract

• Salary: TBC

• Location: Riyadh - Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University

• Nationality: All nationalities are welcome

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your assigned team throughout the event.

• Guide the team and make sure they know where to be and when.

• Support the team with daily schedules, transportation, and logistics.

• Answer questions and solve issues quickly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the operations team and escalate issues when needed.

• Make sure the team feels welcome, supported, and well looked after.

• Share updates and important information with your team on time.

• Report daily progress and any concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or team coordination is preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stay calm, organized, and flexible under pressure.

• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

• English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia is required.
